Film Making and direction Workshop

cinecraftThe first module deals with Screen Writing and Photography. The second module covers directing the film to handling film cameras and all equipments needed to learn cinematography followed by acting. Student then understand the process of editing of films how visual effects are added in a film to how the film is marketed distributed to release etc.
Students make one film each as their final project at the end of the course.
This program will help to indentify the film maker in you. To put your imagination into reality. This International standard curriculum is designed by industry professionals to cater to the needs of current creative and competitive world.
For our long term courses students are involved in projects and advanced film acting exercises before producing their own short films. Film project work includes screenwriting, storyboarding and directing. Students will have the opportunity to work as a production company with defined roles and responsibilities for ensuring their film’s successful completion. This demanding work will prepare the student for the real world of film and television acting.

The Director is not only a person who tells the story, but also the one who fully understands why the story must be told and the manner in which it should be presented. A Director is the creative, driving force who picturises the script on silver screen. He/She is a visionary of the entire Films process both, technically and creatively. A director is always a good observer and story-teller, understanding the psyche of the masses and society at large.
A Director may or may not write the screenplay but certainly visualizes it, controlling the film\\\\\\\’s artistic and dramatic aspects while guiding the technical crew and actors in the fulfillment of the vision besides coordinating and motivating the entire unit of the film.
This unique program is focused on film direction, wherein students will learn all the aspects of being a director.
This program is meant for students who aspire to become a director and we help him/her to accomplish it by training them. The course begins with an Introduction to Cinema, Prospects of Being a Director and Introduction to film Language, 7 rules of director, Staging and blocking, Understand point staging ,Mis-en-Scene , Blink theory, Silent Cinema etc. They also get to learn European Cinema, Hollywood cinema, history of Indian cinema, regional Cinema, Bollywood cinema genre of cinema. After completing the course students can embark their carrier as a film director in the industry.
